Riddling Romans
My First is in naughty but oddly not in haughty, My Second is capital in English but not in Latin, My Third is in Caesar, Emperor and Trajan, But my Fourth is a vowel missing from Augustus, Julius and Caligula, While my whole was a fiddling Emperor of Rome.
